Dublin's 'Reflector' building goes on sale for €155m

Dublin's iconic new 'Reflector' building has just gone on the market for €155m.

The landmark office development has become a prominent feature in the city's Grand Canal Dock, since being completed last year.

The six-storey building is split into two wings, with 34 car parking spaces and access to the waterfront spanning almost 75 metres on Hanover Quay.

The selling agents say they expect strong interest from European and international investors.

Fergus O’Farrell, Director of Savills Investment, Ireland, said: “The Reflector is one of the most high-profile office developments in Ireland, with its unique waterfront setting, striking profile, best in class finishes along with a quality tenant line-up and a WAULT of approximately 12 years, it will attract interest from a host of global investors”
